My name is Catherine and I live with my three year old Border Collie Ziggy, and one year old Working Cocker Spaniel Rufus - life is rarely dull!! I have always loved dogs and as a young child when I was not allowed to have one, could regularly be seen taking Paddy, my battery operated dog round the block on a piece of string. Thankfully, I have been lucky enough for the last twenty years to share my life with real dogs and for the last 16 years have looked after hundreds of other precious family pets through my home boarding business. Three years ago, I decided I needed a challenge and was intrigued to discover Clinical Canine Massage. I attended a one day workshop in 2018, and the rest as they say is history!!
As a Canine Massage Guild therapist, I commit to ongoing CPD every year and am always looking to add to my knowledge and skillset. So far this year, I have completed courses in Canine Arthritis Management and Canine Anxiety and will be attending further training with the Canine Massage Therapy Centre in December.
I am also working towards by Certificate in Canine Behaviour with the International School for Canine Psychology and Behaviour.
